PHP is fixed, but not fully. See here

For the previous week, my health is really bad. It has recovered now, so the upgrade process will be started soon.

There's two critical vulnerabilities, both rated CVSS v4.0 9.2 in PHP.
Other website such as dl.choomai.net are not affected by this.
